Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the phtaya ph platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the phtaya ph platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and phtaya ph.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of phtaya ph following any posted update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

phtaya ph reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by individuals under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, any winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent minors from accessing online gaming services.
Additionally, you must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law. By using phtaya ph, you confirm that online gaming is lawful for you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on phtaya ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. phtaya ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phtaya ph support immediately through the contact channels available after login. You should also change your password without delay. We recommend using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using phtaya ph, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system errors or technical vulnerabilities.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform without authorization.
- Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer game formats.
- Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transactions connected to illegal activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users.
phtaya ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or permanent closure, without prior notice.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on phtaya ph — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). There is no foreign currency conversion required for players based in the Philippines.
Deposits must be made using payment methods supported by phtaya ph and must originate from accounts held in your own name. You may not use payment methods belonging to third parties. phtaya ph reserves the right to verify the source of funds and to request documentation before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times and verification requirements. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are detailed in the platform's account section after login. phtaya ph may delay or refuse a transaction if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. No interest will be paid on account balances held on the platform.
All gaming activity on phtaya ph involves financial risk. Deposited funds used for wagering may be lost in full. phtaya ph does not guarantee any return on wagers placed, and past outcomes are not indicative of future results.
6. Limitation of Liability
phtaya ph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
phtaya ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:
- System downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to platform availability.
- Loss of account access due to forgotten credentials or unauthorized access not caused by phtaya ph.
- Financial losses incurred through wagering activities on the platform.
- Reliance on any content, data, or information provided on the platform.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, phtaya ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
phtaya ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in activity that is harmful to the platform or other users.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to user misconduct, phtaya ph will return any remaining account balance in accordance with applicable payment procedures.

8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the phtaya ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of phtaya ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without prior written authorization.
The platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party content providers, including game software suppliers. phtaya ph is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party providers. Access to third-party content through the platform does not imply endorsement or a relationship beyond the functional provision of games or services.
9. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
phtaya ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts, with primary consideration given to Philippine law where applicable.
